Psychoanalysis is a form of talk therapy that focuses on exploring the unconscious mind to gain a deeper understanding of one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By exploring the unconscious mind, we can identify patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress and work towards understand them.
What can you expect?
You can expect to work closely with your therapist to explore patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress and develop new ways of thinking and coping that can help you lead a more fulfilling life. Psychoanalytic therapy can also help you develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and self-understanding, which can help you navigate life’s challenges.
In each session, we will work together to address any issues or concerns you may have and help you overcome any emotional suffering you may be experiencing. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
